Where we are and why we are there?
Our factory in India is based in Bangalore, the capital of the province of Karnataka. It is the 3rd most populated city in India with more than 10M people. Bangalore is also called Asia's Silicon Valley because of the major hub of IT companies and the large concentration of high-tech talents. The city has an international airport that offers daily several flights all over the world.
Thanks to this geographical location we have brought together qualified staff in the electronic sector and our products can be delivered quickly to the four corners of the world in record time.

Purchasing Management
In order to offer products at highly competitive prices.
We manage the purchase and supply of materials and/or parts, in order to offer products at highly competitive prices. A well experienced purchasing team ensures cost competitiveness, timely delivery of production components and can deliver alternative solutions in order to provide the best possible price without compromising the quality.
Electronics Management
In order to offer products at highly competitive prices.
In order to offer a fast and efficient service, we use pick-and-place machines and labour divisional teams for PCB assembly.
When the basic assembly of the circuit board has been done by the machines, in a second pass we assemble the through-hole components on the electronics line according to the product specification.
Mechanical Processing
We guarantee a smooth and accurate assembly of the product in its final destination.
Highly skilled team of mechanical engineers taking care of mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.
Full-fledged machine production line with drilling, tapping, milling and other mechanical operations needed.
Painting process
To paint high -quality and durable painted products with a large choice of finishing.
Well-organised and separated painting area to paint high quality and durable painted products on different materials by a meticulous process.
Basically, the process is the following: the housing is washed, degreased, oven-baked, sanded, dried, cleaned (with chemicals), primered, baked, painted, baked, clear coated, baked and then inspected for faults (which are repaired).
Prototypes
Initial version of the product to help to validate the ideas.
We make available to our clients the latest prototyping technologies. We create real products that can be tested in their respective environments in order to validate the designs.
Design and development of products in CAD/CAM 2D and 3D (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)
Pre-tests on Product
To ensure complete success during official certification.
We carry out all the pre-tests in-house to ensure complete success during CE, FCC, UL, LVD,… certification.
We have an in-house laboratory to carry out all tests including temperature, humidity, ESD, IP, etc.
Consultancy on CE, FCC, UL,… Marking
Helping you with all of your regulatory compliance.
If needed, our team can take care of undergoing all these certifications for you in order to save you time and money once the products are finalised and approved.
Design of tests according to requirements and regulations (test plan), identification of improvements, management and search of test laboratories (cost, deadlines and services), test execution, document management and the accrediting entity, including installation, monitoring and Pilot documentation (prototype tests).
Shipment and Customs
We take care of all the shipment process of your goods.
The goods can be delivered by air or sea depending on the cost and time requirements.
In reference to the customs clearances, we know that a smooth and efficient customs clearance process helps your shipments arrive as quickly as possible.
